Our transparent exchange policy and lifetime buyback program offer you complete peace of mind when shopping for diamond, gold, or silver jewellery online.

SASSO JEWELS EXCHANGE POLICY:

We offer a straightforward exchange option if you wish to upgrade or change your piece. These exchange value calculation excludes any charges for shipping, taxes, making charges, or special modifications.

We offer a 100% exchange value on your purchase within:

• 15 days of delivery for domestic orders
• 30 days of delivery for international orders

NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable. The full value of your original purchase price (excluding shipping/GST) can be applied toward the purchase of a new piece of equal or greater value.

SASSO JEWELS LIFETIME BUYBACK POLICY:

We offer a lifetime buyback on all eligible jewellery. It ensures that your lab-grown diamond jewellery retains a measurable value, should you ever decide to sell it back to Sasso Jewels.

The buyback value is calculated as follows:

NOTE: The prevailing market price will be determined by Sasso Jewels at the time of the buyback request.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE & BUYBACK:

To be eligible for jewellery exchange and lifetime buyback policies, all items must meet the following mandatory conditions:

Original Certification:

The item must be returned along with the original and corresponding IGI-certified document. Without original certifications, we will not be able to process the exchange or buyback.

Original Invoice:

You must provide the original invoice to initiate the exchange/ buyback process.

Product Condition:

The item must be in its original, undamaged, and unaltered condition. Any sign of tampering or damage will disqualify the piece.

NOTE: Sasso Jewels reserves the right to inspect and approve the returned item.
