  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise specified.

  • The final price you see at checkout is what you pay.


Order Confirmation

  • Orders are officially confirmed only once full payment is received.
  • We do not reserve stock or begin preparation until payment is complete. We will keep you informed via email or WhatsApp regarding order updates.

Fraudulent Activity

Sasso Jewels takes fraud very seriously. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the payment details cannot be verified.

Note: If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be credited back to the original source.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Once the product is handed to the courier, delivery time may vary based on location.

Courier Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, Sasso Jewels is not liable or responsible for any delays caused by the Courier Company, weather events, logistics disruptions, or circumstances outside of our direct control.

Risk of Loss

All our products are fully insured until they reach your address. However, once the product is delivered and signed for, all the risk and liability for the product passes to you, the customer.

5. Product Use and Liability

Care Instructions

All our jewellery is made with care and precision, using certified lab-grown diamonds and quality metals. Sasso Jewels is not liable for product damage caused by improper use, wear & tear, mishandling, chemical exposure, or alteration to the product after it has been delivered.

  • Avoid perfumes, harsh cleaners, and water exposure
  • Store jewellery in separate pouches or boxes
  • Clean gently using a soft cloth only

Accuracy

We work hard to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in color or size may occur due to screen settings or the nature of handcrafted items.

Please note that Sasso Jewels operates under a strict NO REFUND / NO MONEY BACK Policy. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our dedicated Return and Exchange Policy, which outlines the conditions for exchanging an item within the 7-day return window.
