However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear return and exchange policy, designed for your convenience and peace of mind.

OUR RETURN WINDOW AND POLICY

We understand that sometimes a piece of jewellery may not be exactly what you envisioned. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you may initiate a return based on the following:

RETURN WINDOW:

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The return window starts from the date your order is delivered to you.

This policy applies to all eligible items purchased through our online store.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Sasso Jewels DOES NOT OFFER a refund or money-back guarantee. All eligible returns will be processed as a credit note or an exchange for another item, as detailed below.

EXCHANGE OPTION

Instead of returning, customers have an option to exchange the returned item for any other piece of jewellery from our site:

EQUAL VALUE: You may exchange the item for another piece of the exact same value.

GREATER VALUE: You may exchange the item for another piece of greater value by simply paying the difference.

NOTE: Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns.

CONDITIONS FOR A VALID RETURN

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your fine jewellery piece must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

  • The product is completely unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • All tags, IGI certificates, and invoices are intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original, protective packaging.
  • The item is not part of the non-returnable category listed below.

NOTE: The cost and security of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured shipping service, as Sasso Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return. These exclusions help us maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our collections.

EXCLUSIONS

CUSTOMIZED OR ENGRAVED JEWELLERY: A product that is personalized, custom-designed, or engraved at the customer’s request.

CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS: Items bought during special clearance, sale events, or promotional offers.

GIFT CARDS: Gift cards and vouchers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
